You can fill in and pay for your application online via PayPal and Credit Card.
If you wish to send a check, you will need to print out the PDF form found below the online form. Complete and mail it in with your payment, and email us your JPG images for review.

THINGS TO CONSIDER WHEN ENTERING:
Juried artists will be reviewed with these qualities in mind: Originality, creativity, high level of expertise, good design, attractive booth, enough marketable items to sell for the day.
VENDOR INFORMATION;:
Entry fee is nonrefundable. Space is not confirmed until payment received. There is no overnight security provided for Friday night vendors leaving booths up overnight.
Limited spaces are available. Artists will be juried. Festival is rain or shine.
The space will be 10’ x 10’. Artists will provide their own white 10’ x 10’ show tent with four sides must be provided by the artist. It MUST be securely weighted to the ground in case of unexpected high winds.
Artists will provide all display materials and chairs. Electricity will not be provided.
Set up will be Friday, August 9, 3 pm - 5 pm Saturday, August 10, 8 am - 10 am
Artists must be ready to set up and sell by 5 pm Friday, and by 10 am on Saturday.After you unload, you will be directed to park your vehicle in the assigned spot for vendors. We will let you know the details when you are accepted and submit payment.
Main Street will be closed Friday night and Saturday. Music will run through 10 pm.
You can take down your display between 5 pm - 6 pm on Saturday. To be completed before the 7 pm final music performance.
All booths must vacate the Main Street area by 10 p.m.
All vendors will need to set up and take down their displays in this time frame.ACCEPTED ARTISTS WILL RECEIVE FURTHER DETAILS.
Food vendors will be contacted individually to discuss special needs they may have.
RULES OF ENTRY:
Only original hand-made works will be accepted. You cannot sell commercially or mass-produced items and there will be no buy/sell items in the show.
Other items not accepted include items made from kits, commercial molds, logos or patterns, or mass-produced items.
Reproductions (prints) of the artist’s work may be displayed for sale only if they are archival, high quality, limited editions.
The Clinton County Arts Council has the right to exclude items which are considered commercial or do not conform to the committee’s standard for creativity and originality or are inappropriate for family viewing. ( The CCAC also posts regular gallery rules on the website.)
Artists may sell works in dfferent categories provided each category was submitted and accepted, but only items consistent with those represented by the entry photos are acceptable.
The artist whose work has been accepted must be present for all the hours of the festival:
Friday - open 5pm and leave at 10pm
Saturday - open 10am to leave at 6 pm
No stand-ins or artist representatives are permitted for this day’s event. There can be helpers for your sales and for your meal and break times.
Each artist is responsible for the collection and payment of the 6% PA sales tax.
Each artist is responsible for setting up, and for the removal of art and displays. Please keep your area clean and left unchanged as you found it.

Submission of these accepted entry photos constitutes the artist’s permission for their use in general publicity and show marketing.
The committee has the right to exclude and/or evict from the show without refund any artist who fails to follow these rules.
